Once upon a time two brewmasters Jarrson & Kulaffson from Island decided to brew smoked stout. They were looking for the best method to smoke the malt and finaly they used Sheep S***. Many years later this recepit was used by us cause we have very healthy sheeps here in Poland.
Ingredients: Water; Barley malts: Pale Ale, Smoked malt, Cafe Light, Biscuit, chocolate; Hop: Willamette; Yeast: US-05.
Unfiltered, pasteurized.
Serving temperature: 10-14˚C; Suggested glass: Stout glass; Label by FLOV
