SENSEI

Whilst still in college, Tom won quite a reputation for brewing. Thinking himself above the law, he experimented with many forbidden ingredients. He’d gotten away with everything up to this point, but eventually his obsession to create a beer-based panacea blinded him to consequences and his experiments became more and more bold. His next creation was a potion whose aroma put flowers and passion fruit to shame – Sensei Sorachi White AIPA

Ingredients: water; Barley malt: Pale Ale; Wheat malt; Hops: Tomahawk, Centennial, Sorachi Ace, Chinook; Yeast: US-05.

Unfiltered, pasteurized.
