80The Hopsbant is on! Our aroma-enhancing device worked at full capacity to dry-hop this beer three times as it passed through its metallic shell, and it did a hell of a job.
Why did we call it a Fresh IPA? Because we brewed it with long-awaited fresh American hops that arrived in the nick of time, just as we were running out of last year’s supply.
Ingredients: water; Barley malts: Pale Ale, Caramel Light; Wheat malt; Oats; Hops: Simcoe, Amarillo, Centennial, Zeus; Yeast: US-05
Unfiltered, pasteurized.
